Update: again in 2020 Darby came through as an all-star. We sold our house referenced below in my original review and received 17 offers on opening weekend. We were able to land a cash offer and close in two weeks. Even more amazing? With a sellers market she landed us a contract on our dream home at 10k under asking and with an assurance that the contract wouldn’t go through until we sold our house (which we clearly had no problem doing.)I’m now three closing days in with Darby and a proud member of her super fun Gold Club.
